"Didn't spend too much time in Paarl itself, went to visit family most days. Had a dodgy experience in the Spar car park - I was asked to pay R10 for parking as it was load shedding and then they would only accept cards. Mentioned it to security who knew about the individuals. By the time we returned, they had moved on."
"You will need to drive through Paarl central to get to the main road where all the restaurants are. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding area."
