staying in Britannica Heights, Western Cape
Small, quiet town, not a lot to do but great for a quiet getaway.
Estie R. - 26th February 2018

Daar is so 3 plekkies waar jy aandete kan geniet en prys is so R250 pp.
Tracey W. - 26th February 2018
staying in George, Western Cape
This is part of an annual trip that my elderly friend takes to South Africa, from the UK. He always enjoys George!
Henk D. - 26th February 2018
staying in Strandfontein, Western Cape
As jy Strandfontein toe gaan, vat maar alles saam. Dis 'n vakansie bestemming, so jy gaan rus daar.

staying in De Rust, Western Cape
Werklik asemrowende uitsig.

staying in Port Owen, Western Cape
An area still on the way up.
Alta J. - 23rd February 2018
staying in De Rust, Western Cape

Donald M. - 23rd February 2018

Perfect place for rest and relaxation. A plenitude of eating places for a small town, adequate supermarket.

staying in Prince Albert, Western Cape
Ek hou van die plek. Sal weer kom kuier of as deurgang na Mosselbaai gebruik. Skilderagtig en baie veilig!

staying in Wellington, Western Cape
I was very glad to notice that the old familiar stink of "Smellington" was no longer a threat! At least not for the 10 days that we stayed there. In my youth we always used to affectionately call it "Smellington" because of the stench from the tanning factory. I don't really know much about Wellington other than that it used to have a fantastic public swimming pool about 20 years ago. I know because I used to attend it regularly when I lived there for a short stint as a teenager! If you weren't afraid of heights you could test your metal on the 3 stage diving boards! Perhaps it still exists? Wellington is well situated acting as a gateway town to Bainskloof and Citrusdal and the Swartland, 10-15 minutes from nearby Paarl and very well located to the R44 which is a great road if you want to skip the often busy roads of Paarl to reach either Agter-Paarl or indeed Klapmuts, Simondium, Stellenbosch, Durbanville or even Cape Town! We weren't really visiting Wellington, we were visiting family who live there, so I can't really give any other information on the town as it wasn't our priority! Still it has definitely moved on up in the world since I was last there over 20 years ago!
Linda M. - 22nd February 2018
staying in Barrydale, Western Cape
Interesting town but we expected more by way of the views. Limited places to eat for dinner - they seem to cater mainly for breakfast and lunch trade.

staying in Paarl, Western Cape
Byron F. - 21st February 2018
staying in Franskraal, Western Cape
