1 Ezulweni is a self-catering apartment located in an exclusive complex consisting of only 12 units, in the secure Simbithi Eco Estate, in Ballito.
The apartment is located on top of a hillside with spectacular estate and sea views. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a walk-in closet and a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a cot. There are 2 bedrooms which have stacking glass doors opening to the patio.
The kitchen, dining, and living area are open-plan. The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream and boasts granite countertops, a fridge-freezer, a hob, an oven, and other appliances. The adjacent tastefully furnished lounge features a flat-screen TV, as well as stacking glass doors opening to an expansive, partially covered entertainment deck, with a splash pool.
1 Ezulweni is the only apartment with its own secluded garden. There are 3 undercover parking bays available and the apartment has a lift. Simbithi Eco Estate provides 24-hour security and vehicle patrols throughout the estate.
