Description
1 La Perla is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Manaba Beach in Margate. The complex is ideally located 350 metres from the Blue Flag Lucien Beach.
This apartment can accommodate 6 persons, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a bath en-suite; the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third rooms share the second bedroom, which is fitted with a shower. Towels are not provided and guests must bring their own.
The fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals, including a dishwasher and a tumble-dryer to use. The adjacent lounge has a large sofa to relax on, and a TV with DStv connectivity for guests to hire or bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. For guests staying 7 or more nights the Dstv will be complimentary. The living area leads out to a covered balcony, which has an outdoor dining table with seating.
The complex also offers a communal swimming pool, braai areas, and secure free parking. In addition, the complex is also located near to shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and other facilities and attractions in the area.
