Description
1 Marichel is a large, luxury, ground-floor apartment overlooking the magnificent Thompson's Bay Beach, of Ballito and Chakas Rock.
Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms all of which are en-suite. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and it's en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and bath. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin. The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom with 2 single beds, both these en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The apartment has air conditioning in 3 of the rooms and ceiling fans right throughout the apartment. The apartment has a separate TV lounge, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, second lounge area, which leads onto a very large veranda with a lounge area and dining area.
Off the veranda area is a large private grass area, with 4 loungers and a 14-seat table and bench overlooking the beach. Double lock-up garage and outdoor and indoor washing lines. The beach is accessible via a locked gate on the property and there is a communal swimming pool at the top part of the complex.
The apartment is equipped with 3 TVs all of which have full DStv. The unit is also equipped with Wi-Fi, a gas braai and a Weber charcoal braai. The unit is serviced daily, except for Sundays and public holidays, this can, however, be arranged if necessary at an extra charge. All linen, bath towels, beach towels, beach basket, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler boxes, buckets, and spades for the kiddies are provided. A camp cot is also available on request.
The views from the apartment of the huge tidal pool, are absolutely beautiful, the sea and the pristine beach, with lifeguards and beautiful rock pools. In season, guests will be able to view the whales and dolphins swimming by. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden.
This is a perfect location for a family holiday, a romantic setting, or a tranquil getaway. 1 Marichel is approximately 20 km from the King Shaka International Airport. Many shops, restaurants, and other interesting attractions are close by.
