Traditional in appearance from the street, 10 Loader Street is a beautifully furnished and stylish 3-bedroom house situated in trendy De Waterkant.
The property is air-conditioned, and comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with air-conditioning which opens out onto a terrace with a plunge pool and an outdoor shower. The property also features a roof deck accessed by stairs, where guests can enjoy views of the city and Table Mountain. The central corridor divides 2 air-conditioned bedrooms from the kitchen and living area. The front bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower and a bath, and the second bedroom has an en-suite shower, and opens out onto the pool area.
The fully fitted kitchen with a centre island, stretches the length of the property, extending through to the living room with French windows, which open out onto the pool and terrace area. There are built-in braai facilities by the pool area, and guests can relax on the wooden roof deck on sun loungers and hanging chairs and enjoy the view. Stairs lead from the pool terrace to the lower ground courtyard, to the third bedroom with an en-suite shower.
As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free Wi-Fi. This property is serviced twice weekly, weekdays, excluding public holidays.
De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. You can either explore on foot and walk to the V&A Waterfront, Green Market Square and CTICC. A short taxi ride away you can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the Winelands. As a point of reference, The Village Cafe is right next door to the reception, great breakfast spot, and Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only a 3-minute walk away.
