Description
1002 Bermudas is a beachfront apartment in Umhlanga Rocks, with spectacular 180-degree sea views and enjoys private direct access to the beach and the promenade. The unit is on the 10th floor of The Bermudas apartment block, with lifts. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and offers heating and cooling functions.
The self-catering apartment consists of an open-plan lounge and dining area and a kitchen. There are 3 double bedrooms with a main en-suite and an additional bathroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with a double bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second and third bedrooms which can be converted to king-size beds on request. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and a washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar with 5 stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with selected DStv channel. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.Off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with spectacular views of the sea. The sunrises are absolutely awesome.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Secure parking is provided for your vehicle. There is a stunning swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents with sun loungers provided. Laundry facilities are available on the premises of The Bermudas block.
