House Rules
Smoking is prohibited in the unit and guests will be strictly fined. Guests can smoke outside on the patio, but the sliding door and windows must be closed so that the smoke does not enter the house.
This is limited to a maximum of 4 guests, preferably 2 adults and 2 children. No unbooked guests are allowed.
No groups of friends under 25 years of age are allowed.
Guests may not remove items from the unit and no furniture may be moved around..
Guest must please provide their own beach towels
