109 The Boulders is a stunning apartment situated in a secure coastal complex in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. This apartment is located on the first floor and is ideal for a family or group of friends.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second and the third bedroom have 2 single beds each. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a basin. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. All linen is supplied but guests are required to bring along their own dishcloths as well as beach and bath towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tumble-dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery and crockery. The living area features comfortable couches, a TV as well as a dining area with ample seating where guest can enjoy their meals together.

Leading from the living area through the sliding doors is a balcony with another seating area as well as lovely views over the swimming pool and the ocean. The complex offers secure parking, a communal swimming pool and a braai area.
