Description
12 Settler Sands Beachfront Duplex Apartment offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation for a family of 6, and is just 120 m from West Beach and 170 m from Kowie River.
The self-catering duplex unit comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a lounge. Enjoying a lovely sea view, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 bunker beds for 4 children or 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a separate guest bathroom with a toilet. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto a patio with sea views. Braai facilities, as well as private parking, is available. Small dogs, less than 5 kg, are welcome with prior arrangement.
Settler Sands 12 uses its own water system which works with a pressure pump. Please note that this can be affected during power outages.
Port Alfred offers a variety of activities, such as beachcombing, swimming, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, whale watching, hiking, golfing at the Royal Golf Course, and more. Visitors can also visit the various museums or the Great Fish Point Lighthouse.
