Situated in a security complex, the stylish house offers guests 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, all of which is located on the top floor. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a shower and a bath. The second room has a double bed and the third room, 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower.
Located downstairs is the open-plan living area, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, a microwave, as well as a fridge-freezer and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. The scullery contains a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, and a tumble dryer is located in the garage. The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv, and opens onto the deck which offers a sea view. Braai facilities are available on the deck.
