137 on 4th Street is a self-catering holiday home located in Hermanus, offering breathtaking sea and spectacular mountain views.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the main house and a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedroom each contain a queen-size bed and share the main bathroom which is fitted with a shower over the bath. The fourth bedroom is separate from the main house and contains a queen-size bed which can also be made into twin beds, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the elegantly furnished lounge has a comfy lounge suite, a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.

The living area opens up onto a balcony which offers outdoor seating and a 180-degree view of the Hermanus’ coastline in the distance. There is also a patio on the opposite side of the house, also with outdoor seating, but with mountain views.

The house has a large secure fenced garden with lawns and indigenous planting, ideal for young children to play in.

This home has PhotoVoltaic panels and an Inverter, which provides electricity to the house during power outages. The electrical system of this house can therefore operate during a power outage, except for the oven which requires 3 phase supply.
