This double-storey house comprises 2 bedrooms. The large air-conditioned main bedroom is situated on the open-plan ground floor and comprises a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide the bedroom from the fully equipped kitchen and a seating area that opens out onto a large living space lit from the first floor skylight above.
Open-slatted stairs take you to the bright second air-conditioned lounge area. Full width and height wooden Venetian sliding doors divide this area from the large second bedroom which comprises a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. At the opposite end of this floor, the lounge opens out onto a small balcony with a plunge pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the city views. At the front of the property, and across the public pavement, there is a small garden and picnic bench.
Wi-Fi is available on request and at an additional fee. This property is serviced twice weekly, excluding weekends and public holidays.
De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. Guests can either explore on foot and walk to the V&A Waterfront, Green Market Square and CTICC. A short taxi ride away guests can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the Winelands. As a point of reference, The Village Cafe is right next door to the reception, which is a great breakfast spot, and Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only a 3-minute walk away.
