House Rules
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
- No additional guests are allowed without prior arrangement.
- No shows will be required to pay in full.
- Kindly note that this is a non-smoking apartment - smoking permitted on the verandah area only.
- The apartment is serviced every alternate day between 09:00 - 11:00 for a minimum of 3-night stay. The apartment is not serviced on Sundays or public holidays.
- Guests must please give their laundry along with their own washing powder to the housekeeper to wash. She is available to iron at an additional cost paid directly to her.
- There is direct access to the beach through a secure side gate within the complex. The beach gate is locked after dark from 18:00 to 06:00 for added safety.
