The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet. The main bedroom opens onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has access to a guest bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment also comprises an open-plan kitchen and living area which also opens onto a balcony with outdoor furniture. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, and is equipped with a fridge and an oven and stove, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests convenience. The living area is equipped with a TV with full DStv channels, and the apartment is air-conditioned for those hot summer days.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool and laundromat, and guests have access to undercover parking bays behind security gates. The apartment is serviced daily, except for Sundays and public holidays.
