15 Katjiepiering Avenue offers 2 units on the same premises as a private residence which is occupied by the manager. Please note that there are 2 dogs on the premises. It is conveniently close to the beach, in the hills of Hartenbos.
Unit 1 is a self-catering flat that can accommodate up to 2 people. It also has a separate, private entrance. The bedroom features a double bed, cupboards and a mirror while the bathroom features a shower, basin and toilet. Linen is supplied but guests need to bring their own towels.
The kitchen, which is open-plan to the lounge, is equipped with a fridge, small freezer and microwave. In the lounge, there is a TV with certain DStv channels. Braai facilities are available outside the unit. We regret, air-conditioning is not available.
Unit 2 can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has double beds. The main bedroom also features a flat-screen TV. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite bathroom. Linen is provided but guests need to bring their own towels.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer combination, microwave, kettle, toaster and cutlery. Guests can also make use of the braai facilities.
Secure, off-street parking with remote control access is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Please note there are no credit card facilities available for payment and pets are not allowed.
15 Katjiepiering Avenue is a mere 2 km from the beach and other activities available in the area. Choose between swimming in the sea or hot water pools, deep-sea fishing, boat trips, shark-cage diving, game drives and golf. Visit one of the game farms nearby. Visit one of the ostrich farms and Cango Caves near Oudtshoorn for a day out or go to Plettenberg Bay for Jukani Wildlife Sanctuary, Monkeyland and Birds of Eden.
