15 San Marino is situated in a complex in Shakas Rock on the top floor and offers lovely sea views.

The apartment offers a 4-bedrooms, all of which is en-suite. The first main bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a king-size bed. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second air-conditioned main bedroom contains a double bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. The other 2 rooms each contain twin single beds and each has an en-suite bathroom. These rooms are not air-conditioned.

The apartment has a large kitchen that is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a stove and oven, a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. Guests can also enjoy their meals at the dining table, or relax in the lounge which has a TV with DStv as well as a bar.

The living area opens onto the stoep which has an 180-degree view, as well as an 8-seater table and a Weber braai. 2 Parking bays are also available for use. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Please note smoking is not allowed at the apartment.

15 San Marino is within walking distance from the beach, and just a short drive from various shopping centres.

Please note that the complex does not have a lift. Please also note that a breakage deposit is requested with the final payment. The inventory will be checked before guests arrive and after departure. If everything is found in order, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days into the guest's bank account.
