15A on Hove is a spacious double-storey self-catering villa located in Camps Bay, with breathtaking views of the ocean and the mountain. The villa is located within walking distance to Camps Bay beach and the promenade.

The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, and a walk-in closet. This room has use of a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with granite tops, a gas stove, and a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The dining and living area has access to a small garden with a heated plunge pool.

The second level contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large lounge area. The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom, contains a king-size bed, a large double en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a toilet, and a walk-in closet. This room has beautiful ocean and mountain views. The fifth bedroom contains a double bed and a toilet en-suite. The lounge area has ultra-high ceilings, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The lounge leads out to a balcony with outdoor furniture and braai facilities.

A double automated garage is provided. The villa has an alarm system with external security beams.
