4 night stay visiting friends in Onrus.

The premises are well appointed and clean. The bar stools are in need of replacement as the seats are perished. The facility is at first floor level, which posed a challenge to me as I have reduced mobility due to knee conditions. I think this should be more prominent in the promotional material. The shower door is very narrow due to the choice of a pivot door I had difficulty entering and exiting. I had no contact with the staff at the facility at all. I cannot say if it was serviced or not as we made up our own bed etc.

Very pleasant, exceeded our expectations.

This place was so beautiful from the decor style to the patio outside, love the chairs outside and also had everything we needed. Its honestly worth the money and would definitely come again. Do want to add to put a curtain by the door for nighttime purposes but honestly 10 out of 10 for everything u put into the place. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and will come again soon.

Ons het oornag om 'n troue by te woon.

Ons kon nie vir 'n beter blyplek gevra het nie. Ek wens ons kon langer bly om al die wonderlike geriewe te gebruik! Die veilige parkering was beslis 'n pluspunt.

Private and cute.

This establishment is better than portrayed online. It is private and the condition of furniture is still intact will all household necessities available. A perfect self catering unit.

Reasonable with a major issue.

On night of arrival there was a overpowering sewer smell engulfing the accommodation. We almost decided to vacate the premises and not return. On investigation I found that the basin and shower drains are connected directly in the sewer pipe which in turn allows the sewage fumes to push back up into the accommodation. I own a plumbing company and it is was obvious that the plumbing connection was not up to standard.

16 On Antrim het onverwagse luukshede soos 'n koffiemasjien. Die voëlnessies op die stoep sorg vir heerlike ontspanning met 'n koppie luukse koffie in die hand of 'n glasie sjampanje. Dit is baie netjies en sorg vir 'n rustige, salige wegbreek.

Eerstens was daar 'n dubbelbespreking. Moes Sondagaand in 'n gastehuis slaap. Maandag daar uitboek en rondry tot ons kon inboek by 16 on Antrim. Stuur eienaar 'n sms om te sê ons is by Antrim. Geen reaksie, moes skakel om te verneem hoe maak ek nou. Woonstel nie ordentlik uitgevee, vlieë in woonstel sowel as balkon. Advertensie noem WiFi beskikbaar, ek moes 'n epos stuur om uit te vind hoe werk WiFi. Geen strykyster in woonstel - was so moedeloos, stuur my man om yster te gaan koop, winkel nie strykysters. Stuur e-pos, geen reaksie nie. Volgende oggend daag huishulp op met yster en wit handdoeke wat nie meer wit is nie. Een handdoek het vuil merke op gehad. Geen skoppie was beskikbaar in woonstel. Geen bo laken was op die bed nie. Geen ekstra beddegoed was beskikbaar nie - ons vir 'n week gebly. Miskien sou al hierdie uitdagings nie daar gewees het as die kliëntediens vanaf die flop met dubbelbespreking beter hanteer was. Kliëntediens was uiters swak. Eienaar was nie seker deur wie ons bespreek het nie, was nie seker of ons nog 'n uitstaande bedrag het nie, weet of is nie seker of ek genoem het van ons 1 jaar en 9 maande oue baba nie, hoe werk kommunikasie dan? Ek bly elke jaar hierdie tyd vir 'n week in Hermanus omgewing en hierdie was my swakste blyplek. Weer op iemand se werf. Dankie maar nee dankie. Sal nie 16 on Antrim aan enige iemand aanbeveel nie. Kliëntediens kursus sterk aanbeveling.
