17 Summer Place is a first-floor self-catering apartment located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, as well as a communal swimming pool, braai area, and a children’s play area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fitted with a ceiling fan, 2 built-in ovens and 1 hob, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and cutlery and crockery for 6. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge has comfortable chairs and a TV with EasyView channels. The living area opens to a patio with comfortable seating and a magnificent sea view. Secure parking is available on-site as well as security guards.
