Description
18 Green Point Mews is a spacious apartment located in a secure complex, in Plettenberg Bay. The building is ideally situated within close proximity to the pristine beaches, restaurants, shops, Wild Waters Park, and a health and fitness centre.
We have a 1kw inverter so that, during load shedding, you can continue to watch TV, have a lamp or two on and charge phones/laptops.
This first-floor apartment comprises bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and opens onto the balcony; the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a separate shower. The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen contaings an oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and a gas hob, so that you can still heat water or cook during load shedding.
Comfortable sofas to relax on, a smart TV and a dining area for meals, as well as bar stools at the kitchen. The living area leads out to a shady, covered balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs enabling you to have meals outside. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are 2T
Free uncapped Wi-Fi with it's own UPS so you will continue to have wi-fi access during load shedding.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and braai area in the complex.
Secure basement parking behind automated gates is available, with elevator access from the basement up to the apartment.
