18 Villa Mia offers self-catering accommodation and is located in a secure complex in St Lucia. The complex is centrally situated in St Lucia, and is walking distance from all shops and restaurants and a mere 5 minutes drive from St Lucia beach.

The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living room. The main bedroom features a double bed and air-conditioning, cupboards, and leads out onto a small balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds, accommodating 4 guests and is fitted with a cupboard and a free-standing fan. Both rooms have body-length mirrors and a dressing table. The bathroom features a corner shower, a toilet and basin, and has railings and door hooks for towels and clothing.

The lounge features a medium-sized flat-screen TV with basic DStv channels and the open-plan kitchen is fitted with a large fridge-freezer, a 4-plate stove, a microwave, and cutlery and crockery. Guests can enjoy their meals together at the large 6-seater wooden table with long benches in the kitchen. The unit is secured with a safety gate at the front door, which leads directly into the unit's 1 undercover parking area.

The complex offers a communal swimming pool with a safety gate and braai areas allocated per block sections. The premises is secured by parameter walls and an electric gate. Guests can take a trip through the St Lucia Game Reserve, which is part of the St Lucia Estuary and is the focal point of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, leads to Cape Vidal where sunny days can be spent bathing on the beach or snorkelling.
