20 on 2nd Street is a self-catering holiday house located in Hermanus, a popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape. It is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat based whale watching. Its scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town make it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg.

The main house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. There is also a separate flatlet. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom contains a double bed. The separate flatlet has 2 single beds, a kitchenette, and bathroom with shower.

The kitchen in the house is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV.

The living area opens up onto a lovely outside entertainment area with braai facilities. A single garage is available for your vehicle.
