Skoon en netjies, maar ander dienste is swak.

Die woonstel is skoon en netjies, maar daar is verskeie probleme: 1. Met aankoms het die DSTV nie gewerk nie. Die decoder het aangekom asof dit pas geïnstalleer was. Ek het met verskeie opsies bespeel en kon dit aan die werk kry. Die eienaar het geen moeite gedoen om die probleem op te los nie. 2. Die wifi is nutteloos. Thank you Ewert for your review. The complex has communal WiFi and unfortunately, the signal is sometimes poor. We, as owners, did lodge complaints and it has recently been upgraded to a fibre connection. The DSTV dishes are situated on the rooftop, and we do have problems with monkeys. It was a once-off issue and guests that stayed after you did not experience any problems. I notified you as soon as I received your booking that I did not provide towels, but you were already on the road when you made the booking. I am so sorry that you experienced these problems but I do hope to welcome you again soon.

Very neat and very safe. Walking distance to beach.

We had a problem with the satellite dish. It was sorted out ASAP by the owner. She was very helpful. We had a lovely time. Will definitely go back.

Lovely unit and a very kind, helpful, involved host.

Unit was clean and ready for our stay. The office was super helpful, they supplied me with a parking spot right close to the unit and office as I have mobility issues. The guard at the gate was very sweet and helpful.
