Ongelukkig is die eenheid nie waarde vir geld t.o.v. netheid en die ou meubels nie. Die bankkussings was vuil en onder die tafels/banke was vol stof. Ons was regtig ongelukkig en sal nie weer die eenheid bespreek nie.

My apologies for the cleanliness of the apartment.
I wish you had contacted me, my number was on the envelope,
I would have requested housekeeping to take this up with the cleaner.
It would have been sorted out immediately had I known.
