Enchanting Views - 22 Kingston Plek is a contemporary apartment located in Marina Martinique, Jeffrey's Bay. The apartment boasts sweeping views of the marina and is ideally situated between Jeffreys Bay and Paradise Beach, creating many possible adventures within walking distance.
This apartment can accommodate 4 adults at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with an extra-length king-size bed, and each bathroom is fitted with a shower. The main bedroom's bathroom also has a bath. Quality linen, plenty of mohair and wool blankets, and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For added convenience, the apartment has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy the huge variety of books and DVDs. Access to limited (5 GB) Wi-Fi is available. Extra electric power plugs make the use of electronic devices easy. Guests can enjoy the built-in braai and sun loungers from which the sunrise and the Marina can be seen. Covered parking is available for 1 vehicle, and there are other open parking spots.
Through the stacker doors, there is a patio with a built-in braai and outdoor loungers where guests can admire the marina and sunset views. The Marina Martinique is ideal for swimming in 7 km Canals filled with Blue Flag status seawater.
There is a variety of activities, from learning to surf to watching dolphins play in the shallow waters of Paradise Beach, often just a few hundred meters from the Marina, especially in the mornings. The Marina also has its own restaurant, swimming pool, and private beach with entertainment for children. The Marina is a sought-after community and one of the most beautiful places in South Africa.
