Jamaican Palms is one of many time-sharing properties in Marina Martinique and parties are not allowed. Noise has to be kept to a minimum at all times. Guests are expected to live in harmony with other guests and tenants and to be respectful and mindful of others. No tenants will be aloud to play any radio, TV, player, amp or musical instrument in any way that might cause irritation to others.
Quiet time between 22:00 and 06:00.
Please note that the property is directly on the channel and children have to be under supervision at all times.
Please drive carefully between Jeffreys Bay and Marine as there is a lot of farm animals in the region.
