23 Jamaican Palms is a modern decorated self-catering unit that is situated in a security complex in Marina Martinique between Jeffrey's Bay and Aston Bay with 7 km of seawater canals winding through the complex. It is located within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions.
This first-floor unit is reached via stairs. It comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Free Wi-Fi is available, and guests are welcome to load their own DStv Now on the smart TV.
The open-plan living area comprises a lounge, kitchen and a kettle braai. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Jamaican Palms is a complex of 28 cluster-unit apartments on the canal. Stairs lead up to the first floor and from the open plan lounge to the loft.
The water is monitored regularly and complies to all standards. Nearby activities include restaurants, fishing, swimming or rowing in the canals. Guests can walk in the Marina and visit the water park next to the Marina. The beach is within walking distance of the complex and has some of the best surf and fishing spots. Ashton Bay has a shopping centre with a restaurant, coffee shop, liquor store, hair salon and a small super market which is less than 2 km from The Marina. The Marine Wharf Restaurant has a kids' play area and access to the canal for swimming. The Waterpark is open from September to April between 09:00 and 17:00.
Activities in the surrounding areas include surfing, horseback riding, bird watching, golf, fishing and tennis. Marine Wharf Restaurant is located on the premises and directly next door is the Wacky Water Park, a family-friendly water park with activities for all ages, including slides, floating obstacle course, paintball.
The Marina is 5 km from Jeffreys Bay, South Africa's world-renowned surfing mecca.
