Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and these rooms share the bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and bath; a gas-powered geyser provides warm water. The well-equipped kitchen contains a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, as well as a gas stove, and crockery and cutlery. Linen and bath towels are supplied. The lounge has comfortable couches to relax on, and there is a TV with DStv connectivity so guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card. There are also 4 portable fans, 2 ceiling fans, and 2 prepaid air-conditioning units for guests to use. The property also features outdoor grill facilities, and next to the house is a deck built on stilts which can be used as an entertainment area. Parking is available for 1 or 2 vehicles under the outside deck.
