250 at Pinnacle offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in an upmarket 4-bedroom home, situated in the Pinnacle Point Golf Estate. The estate is set on a cliff side overlooking the Indian Ocean, featuring a world-class golf course and expansive estate with beautiful views.
The double-storey home offers a picturesque view of the golf course and is situated between the first and tenth fairways of the world-class golf course. The house can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with views. The bedrooms are fitted with either a king-size bed or 2 single beds, depending on guests preference. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and a TV. Two of the bedrooms lead out onto open balconies with golf course views. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The house also comprises a 'pyjama lounge' with a TV. This lounge leads onto a balcony overlooking the property's own private putting green, where guests can sharpen up before teeing off. There is an open-plan living and dining room and a kitchen with beautiful finishes throughout. The kitchen and laundry are fitted with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The TV room and lounge feature a TV with full DStv channels, air-conditioning, and a cosy fireplace making provision for a wood or gas braai facility. The dining room seats 10 people and leads onto an enclosed patio with lovely views. This is rounded off with wood and gas braai facilities, and sliding doors opening onto a splash pool.
