2962 Parys Golf and Country Estate is a beautiful self-catering home located on the Parys Golf and Country Estate and is ideal for a family gathering or a group of friends wanting a tranquil and peaceful getaway from the city life.
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds and each bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The lower level features the kitchen and dining space that opens up onto a covered wooden patio with braai facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table with a fireplace where guests can enjoy their meals together.
On the upper level, there is an open-plan lounge entertainment area with a bar and a pool table. Leading from this area is a lounge with comfortable seating, a fireplace and a TV with selected DStv channels. Guests are afforded secure parking for 4 to 5 vehicles.
