3 Queen Street is a spacious Karoo-style house for up to 4 people in Calitzdorp.
The lovely house comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, and each bedroom is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, while the second bedroom uses a bathroom with a toilet and basin in the hallway. For convenience, linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine (with coffee), a kettle and toaster is also available. There is a separate dining room with a table and chairs, tablecloths, serviettes and placemats. A washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack, is also available.
The lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv, a selection of DVDs, and Wi-Fi, as well as a variety of books, are available.
The fully enclosed property features an ever-evolving succulent and indigenous garden, a swimming pool, and undercover parking is available. Please note, 3 Queen Street is a non-smoking establishment. House trained and well-behaved pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Calitzdorp is situated on Route 62, and offers visitors a variety of vineyards and wine cellars, attractions such as the Calitzdorp Museum and Dutch Reformed Church, as well as walking and 4x4 trails.
