304 Ocean View is a beachfront apartment located along the famous ‘Golden Mile’ of Strand; where you can enjoy walking on the beach and experience beautiful sunsets.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. This room also features a sliding door leading to the balcony. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided, and there is also a breakfast bar with stools.
