31 Summer Place is a beautifully furnished self-catering apartment with stunning sea views located in the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach. The complex offers direct access to the beach, as well as a communal swimming pool, braai area, and a children’s play area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a dressing area, cupboards, and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The second bathroom contains a bath.
