The complex is in the centre of Swakopmund - on the 3rd floor. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms a beautiful view, a remote control gate and a garage but no indoor parking space for vehicles with roof-top tents. Such vehicles will have to park in the street. These apartments can each accommodate 6 guests and comprise 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided.
