34 on Paquita is a modernly built self-catering home located in The Heads, in Knysna. This holiday home is the ideal base from which to explore the various attractions in the town, and this part of the Garden Route.
This spacious triple-storey holiday home can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area. The entrance on the ground floor has a casual lounge area, and leads up to the first floor, which is where the main lounge area, dining room, braai room area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and scullery area.
On the second level of the home, there are 3 bedrooms that each contain a king-size bed and which share a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and a toilet. The second floor leads up to the third floor, which is where you will find the main and second bedrooms: the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, as well as a kitchenette area. The second room is equipped with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.
All bathrooms have heated towel rails, and each bedroom is air-conditioned, has a TV with selected DStv channels and uncapped Internet.
The residence is equipped with a reliable backup power system featuring an inverter with a 10Kw battery backup and 14 solar panels, which includes an automated switchover mechanism, ensuring that the impact of load shedding is minimized to basically non-existent. Furthermore, the house is furnished with gas geysers, as well as a gas stove and oven, providing an alternative energy source for heating and cooking purposes.
