Description

37 De Valle is a self-catering apartment ideally located on the second floor of the secure De Valle complex overlooking the main Diaz Beach in Mossel Bay. The apartment has beautiful breaker views. Enjoy a load-shedding-free holiday.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child and comprises 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 1 bathroom with shower, an open-plan kitchen and a living area with a breakfast nook with 4 bar chairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a sea view. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge contains 2 leather couches, that can accommodate 1 child extra, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. Breakfast Nook with 4 bar chairs. Sliding doors open to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture (6 chairs) and a kettle braai.

The De Valle complex offers a communal fenced swimming pool, a communal braai area, and a self-service laundry facility. Lift access is available to the apartment. Designated secure parking is provided.

The complex is approximately a 50 m walk from the beach and is opposite the seasonal Diaz Water Park.

The apartment is also within walking distance of the Diaz Beach Bar, restaurants, shops and gyms. Enjoy the scenic and characteristic Mossel Bay, which has loads of entertainment.
