397 Bushbuck is a spacious self-catering home, ideally located for a family holiday in Pinnacle Point Golf Estate, Mossel Bay. This architectural masterpiece offers stunning views of the Indian Ocean, making it perfect for a getaway with family or friends.
This property can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. The second, third and fourth bedrooms each have queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, washbasins, and toilets. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The living area features a fully equipped kitchen complete with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast bar with stools. A separate scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The open-plan lounge and dining area provide ample comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming capabilities, and a 10-seater dining table, making it ideal for guests to dine, relax, and enjoy ocean views. Additionally, there is a cosy TV room with a full selection of DStv channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
