4 Bayview Terrace, a 4-Star graded unit, is the perfect property for families or groups. It boasts the best location in the De Waterkant Village with amazing views.
Spanning from Loader Street, across to Bayview Terrace, you enter via the garage area. The expansive open-plan ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen and dining area with a small courtyard. The living room area with fireplace opens out onto the garden with seating, sun loungers and plunge pool that looks across the harbour and Table Bay. The ground floor also has an air-conditioned twin or king bedroom with separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, the master air-conditioned bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. French windows open onto a private balcony with views of the harbour and city. Along a corridor, the third air-conditioned bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room opens onto a deck with seating and views of Signal Hill and Table Mountain. Spiral stairs lead you to the top roof deck with 360-degree views of the city, harbour, Signal Hill and Table Mountain.
As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free Wi-Fi. This property is serviced twice weekly, weekdays, excluding public holidays.
De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. You can either explore on foot and walk to the V&A Waterfront, Green Market Square and CTICC. A short taxi ride away you can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the Winelands. As a point of reference, The Village Cafe is right next door to the reception, great breakfast spot, and Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only a 3-minute walk away.
