Please note that only the penthouse has parking.
Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are provided as well as hand soap and shower gel. Cleaning materials are also provided.
Children aged between 0-18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Pets are not allowed.
No loud music or excessive noise is allowed. If any neighbouring residents report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, the host may have to evict you from the property and terminate your stay.
No parties or functions are allowed. The maximum number of people who can use the accommodation at the time of your visit may not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit, and only those indicated on the booking form can occupy the property.
No day visitors are allowed.
