Description

4 You Self-Catering Accommodation is situated in Amberfield Crest Security Estate. It is ideal for business trips, golf trips and family weekends or midweek visits. Also ideal when having to be close to hospitals for doctor's appointments.

We offer comfortable, secure and serviced self-catering accommodation in a garden unit and at times in the Main House when the owner is not home.

This open-plan apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a double sleeper couch, a single floor mattress and a camping cot for babies. The unit boasts a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.

The unit also features a living area and a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. Also available for guests' use is a hairdryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The living area is equipped with a flatscreen TV and DStv Explora with the full bouquet of channels. The unit has a private entrance from the parking area.

Bath towels and linen are provided. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. Guests have access to an outdoor swimming pool in Summer, where children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Room service is included Mondays to Fridays. Unlimited WI-FI is also available at R25 per day for the full duration of your stay, payable upon the day of arrival.

Amberfield Crest is a peaceful, safe estate with lovely parks. It is well-maintained and has an access control security entrance. It is centrally located next to a Virgin Active gym and the Mall@Reds in Centurion. Visitors have easy access to cinemas, restaurants, and grocery stores. Centurion Mall is located 8 km away, and this central location is also easily accessible to all main highways. The Gautrain bus stop is also situated nearby, as well as Zwartkop, Irene, Blue Valley and Centurion Golf courses.

1 Military Hospital is 11 km away, the Netcare Unitas Hospital is 12 km away and Midstream Mediclinic is 10 km away. Swartkops and Waterkloof Airforce Bases are also close by. The accommodation is also ideal for teachers marking Matric exam papers at the end of the year at Uitsig Hoërskool. We are close to major routes and within easy reach of the O R Tambo International Airport (45 km) as well as Lanseria Airport (22 km), Loftus Versveld, Super Sport Park and various shopping malls.
