401 La Ballito is a lovely apartment located in a secure coastal complex in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests which makes it ideal for a family.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and a basin. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach and kitchen towels. Each room features a ceiling fan for those hot summer days.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. A comfortable couch and a smart TV are provided in the living area; guests can log in to the TV using their own DStvNow accounts. Free Wi-Fi is available. The WiFi is on a small UPS and will still work during loadshedding.

The complex features communal braai facilities, a swimming pool, a kid's play area as well as secure parking.
