401 Rozendal Cottages is situated on the Rozendal Farm, where the Joubert family have been wine farmers in the Stellenbosch district since 1912. The farm offers comfortable accommodation in self-catering cottages, as well as a beautiful wedding and function venue.
Accommodation comprises 6 units and can accommodate up to 18 - 20 guests. The units on offer include one-bedroom cottages and a house. All units come equipped with comfortable beds, a bathroom fitted with either a bath or shower, a kitchen or kitchenette, air-conditioning, a TV with selected DStv channels, and Wi-Fi in public areas. A generator supplies the units with electricity when there is loadshedding.
The property has 24-hour security, secure parking, and dedicated staff to ensure your stay is a comfortable and pleasant experience. It is located 11 km from central historic Stellenbosch in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
