The block is situated on Beach Road on the Golden Mile beach area, within easy access and walking distance to an array of attractions in the area.

The spacious 3 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a sea view and contains a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over bath. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom has a shower. Guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
