Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 must be paid directly to the establishment 2 days before arrival.
Please note that guests who cause damages, exceed the maximum number of guests, have day visitors, or causes noise disturbances between the hours 10 PM and 10 AM will result in the breakage deposit being withheld.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Please note, sections of the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
The use of the garage is not included in the rental.
Lockable under roof parking in the driveway is allowed for 2 vehicles only.
No more than 10 guests are allowed.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music is allowed.
We, unfortunately, can't accommodate student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette parties, or any party groups as we are only suitable for families or couples.
