49 on Spanish Oak is a charming and cosy self-catering unit located in Oakglen and is ideal for guests wanting to explore the beautiful Mother City.

This cottage can accommodate a total of 5 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains a three-quarter bed. A bunk bed is available in the front foyer of the unit. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area features a beautifully designed kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a 2-seater breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a dining space and a lounge with comfy seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the sliding doors, there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is an ideal spot for guests to spend time together while enjoying a braai. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property and are more than welcome to bring their pets along but only with prior arrangements.
