CONDUCT RULES;
Due to strict rules from owners no groups of young adults or students are allowed.
The neighbours must ALWAYS be considered. No loud music or parties allowed at the unit or any other behaviour that is disturbing the other occupants of the complex.
No extra guests are allowed unless you have notified Heloise.
No extra parking in complex.
No smoking in unit or passages of complex.
If the guests does not adhere to these rules they will be asked to leave without any refunds.
