Lekker woonstel agter bo-op motorhuis, lekker braaiplek, lekker naby see, lekker baie watertenke - belangrik in Oos-Kaap deesdae.

Woonstel met al die basiese behoeftes en toegang tot see via kant van huis, lekker vir kort wegbreke. Geen direkte see-uitsig tensy jy omstap na die stoep nie, baie voëls en blomme en hommelbye. Moenie romanties raak nie, dis enkelbedjies. Braai eerder 'n tjop en drink 'n dop!
