Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The refundable breakage deposit of (R2000) must be paid. This deposit will be refunded providing the apartment is found to be in good order within 7 days after your departure.

The maximum occupancy of 4 persons in the unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be canceled and no refund given.

Check in is after 14:00 and before 19:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-ins after 21:00 will incur a surcharge of R 500.00.
Check out is before 10:00 on the day of departure

Quality linen as well as bath- and swimming towels are provided.

Please note that the minimum stay in low season is 2 nights, in mid season is 4 nights and high and peak seasons is 7 nights.

The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays

This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
