508 The Boulders is an upmarket corner penthouse apartment located in the secure The Boulders complex in Ballito, with stunning views over ‘Granny’s Pool’ and the warm Indian Ocean.

The apartment has been furnished in beach house-style and is light and airy. The penthouse can accommodate up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains a bunk bed and an additional single bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom. All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge features a TV with a DVD player and DStv. The living area has 2 sliding doors that lead to a large balcony with panoramic sea views. The balcony has 2 sun lounging chairs, and a large patio table with 6 chairs.
